it was a half day at my school and i was home alone untill 2:00. i was hearing some noises in the house and i got scared so i ran in to the master bathroom and locked the door. i called my mom and she said "its just jewel" (my cat.) so i called my dad looking for support but all i got for my dad was "suck it up;be a woman and rub some dirt in it!!" i was horrified so i was like ok its just jewel...im ok. but then i heard VERY loud noises and doors opening and shutting and i was scared to death! so i called my mom again and then i heard stuff moving around under the sink in the hallway bathroom so i said "MOM IM CALLING THE POLICE!!!" and hung up! i called the police and was friekin out. i was on the phone with a lady from the police station the door started to move and the doornob was jiggling!!! I WAS SOO TERIFFIED!!! i was hypervenalating and i had to sit down on the bathtub edge to keep from fainting! police FINNALY got at our house and came up to the back of the house using the deck. the lady at the police station told me to go unlock the backdoor for the police i was like "UH NO;; can you just tell them to break down the door." she said no :( . so i finnaly worked up enough courage to go downstairs with whoever it was in my house. but when i got down stairs there was two police and the EXTERMANATOR in the kitchen!! so long story short-- my mom forgot to tell me that the extermanator was coming and HE was the one who was there!!
IT WAS THE SCARIEST THING THAT HAS EVER HAPPENED IN MY LIFE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Kels, if this really is a true story (never can tell about your Dad!!!) that was pretty scary. I'm glad you survived. Bet your Mom will remember to tell you next time when someone is scheduled to visit.

I was getting frightened just reading your story. However, never staying alone again, I don't think will last. Where was Jewel while this stranger was in your home? Hiding also, I would bet.
