There is no such thing as a Garage Sale - it is a mythical event that is used by women to trick men into not throwing out junk that should have been thrown out years ago!!!!
Bob Barker should have ended "The Price is Right" by saying, "And remember to spay and neuter your shoes to control the shoe population!!!" Maybe then we wouldn't have 100 pairs of female shoes in our closets...I know the shoes have been mating because so many of them look exactly, exactly, exactly the same!!! Here's a little secret for women who are trying to impress men with shoes...WE DON'T NOTICE YOUR SHOES!!!! Sorry, we just don't...the last place we look at when we are admiring a woman is at her feet!!! There - the secrets out... ;-)
Beach stuff...pails, shovels, tubes, chairs, sun screen - should be left at the beach - give them to a needy family on the beach. It will save your husband from carrying them back to the car, it will make someone happy, and three garbage bags won't have to be wasted when your husband is cleaning out the garage...!!!
My weekend wardrobe consists of one pair of jeans and one shirt - when the weekend is over I stand them in the corner until the next weekend - if I was president I would limit women to one outfit each! I could clothe a small, third world nation with all the clothes I have bagged up over this weekend...when I was growing up my mom used to tell me "There are starving people in Ethiopia - you need to eat your dinner" I never understood this but here is a better thing to say when a woman is about to buy clothes..."There are naked people in Africa - instead of buying that outfit for you - don't you think a person in Africa needs it more than you?"

Careful! In your time of emotion, don't give away all of our secrets. The women may find out we are not impressed with any outer clothing. We go much beyond the surface before we really start noticing them. Yes their personality of course!!

The observations of a mover were a lot of laughs. Very creative writing. Seeing pictures of your home reminded me of how lovely it is & how many changes you've made since we were there last, the finished basement was just a dream. Your garage reminds me of our closets & what's hidden behind screens. Kelsie & Cam, you look great - very athletic.
